Morning Show Ratings: Week of October 20

morningshowanchors2014“Good Morning America” wins another week in the mornings, but only “CBS This Morning” showed growth in both total viewers and the A25-54 demo.

Compared to the same week last year, “CBS This Morning” is up +2% in both viewers and the demo. “Good Morning America” wins another in the mornings but is down -7% in viewers and down -4% in the demo. “GMA” is seeing its largest season margins over NBC’s “Today” in both viewers and the demo in more than 23 years — since at least the 1991-92 season. “Today” was down -2% in viewers and down -15% in the demo, year-over-year.

The averages for the week of Oct. 20, 2014:

  • Total Viewers: ABC: 5.216M / NBC: 4.612M / CBS: 3.079M
  • A25-54 viewers: ABC: 1.931M / NBC: 1.764M / CBS: 1.012M
