Morning Show Ratings: Week of March 30

morning show anchors_640“Good Morning America” wins the week of March 30, and widened its lead over No. 2 NBC’s “Today” show by +3% vs. the same week last year.

But only “CBS This Morning” is seeing total viewer and demo growth: up +6% in viewers and up +5% in the demo, compared to the same week last year. “GMA” is down -9% in viewers while “Today” is down -10%. Both programs are down -17% in the A25-54 demo.

On Thursday, and for the 14th time this year, “Today” topped “GMA” in the demo. Among total viewers, “GMA” continues to see its widest margin over “Today” in more than 23 years.

The averages for the week of March 30, 2015:

  • Total Viewers: ABC: 5.251M / NBC: 4.610M / CBS: 3.360M
  • A25-54 viewers: ABC: 1.901M / NBC: 1.772M / CBS: 1.018M
