Morning Show Ratings: Week of June 5

In the first full week since Katie Couric‘s departure from NBC, “Today beat Good Morning America by a whopping 1.13 million viewers,” NBC says. “With the exception of the Torino Olympics and Katie Couric’s farewell week, that 25 percent advantage was the biggest gap between the two programs in almost two years (since August 30, 2004).” For the week of June 5:

Total viewers: NBC: 5,620,000 / ABC: 4,490,000 / CBS: 2,360,000

25-54 demo: NBC: 2,710,000 / ABC: 2,050,000 / CBS: 990,000

Households: NBC: 4.5/16 / ABC: 3.6/13 / CBS: 1.9/7
