By Chris Ariens

morning-show-anchors_640Writing about the network morning show ratings is starting to turn into a broken record, but here goes: ABC’s Good Morning America wins the week in viewers–as it has for pretty much the last four years (except for Olympics weeks when Today wins). NBC’s Today show wins the demo–as it has for the last 25 of the last 26 weeks. And CBS This Morning is the only broadcast to grow its audience.

Compared to the same week last year GMA is down -16 percent in viewers, and down -23 percent in the demo. The Today show was down as well: -7 percent / -5 percent, respectively. No. 3 CBS This Morning added nearly a quarter million viewers last week (up +6 percent) while also up +2 percent in the demo.

The averages for the week of Feb. 22:
