Morning News Ratings: Week of Feb. 26

The gap between NBC and ABC stood at 570,000 total viewers and 630,000 demo viewers last week. “This is the smallest gap among total viewers since the week of November 13, 2006,” ABC notes.

But GMA had the Oscars and Bob Woodruff‘s return to TV. NBC puts it this way: “In what could have been a competitive week, NBC News’ Today blasted the competition drawing close to 6 million viewers – a 570K (11 percent) lead over GMA.”

For the week of Feb. 26:

Total viewers: NBC: 5,985,000 / ABC: 5,415,000 / CBS: 3,202,000

Households: NBC: 4.6/15 / ABC: 4.2/14 / CBS: 2.5/8

25-54 demo: NBC: 2.4/16 / ABC: 1.9/13 / CBS: 1.0/7

Women 25-54: NBC: 3.0/17 / ABC: 2.6/15 / CBS: 1.3/8
