Megyn Kelly phoned in to “Fox & Friends” this morning to talk about making the TIME 100. Kelly says her work ethic is simple: “I keep my head down, my mouth shut and work hard.” Kelly says there was no money in the budget, or even an open position when Fox News hired her away from WJLA in Washington, DC. That was after she left a career in law. “It was a major cut in pay from my law job, but it wasn’t about pay at that point it was about finding happiness and professional fulfillment,” she says.
