Matt Lauer Is Half-Kidding

Apparently Katie Couric can’t take a joke. NewsBlues links to this NY Post item:

“At a Wednesday night benefit in Manhattan, NBC’s Matt Lauer joked: “I was at home with my wife the other day, and the phone rang. She answered it and said, ‘Honey, your boss is on the phone.’ So I said, ‘What does Katie want now?'”

Everyone in the audience laughed, except for Couric, who sat ‘stone-faced,’ according to Page Six…
