‘Live for Today:’ Next Reality Show?

By Brian

“‘Syndicators are lining up,'” a source tells Page Six, “to
turn the Today show’s newest segment, ‘Live for Today,’ into a
full-blown program. The segment, the brainchild of Today executive
producer Tom Touchet, gives viewers and anchors the chance to live out
their dreams on air. Starting next month, Matt Lauer may climb Mt.
Kilimanjaro, Ann Curry might sail the Nile and Al Roker may whitewater
raft in Costa Rica. Meanwhile, 75,000 viewers have signed up to be
given a chance to live their dreams.”
