Lisa Ling, who picked up a Gracie Award last night (TVNewser was there — story coming later today), is set to join CNN.
The Hollywood Reporter’s Paul J. Gough reports Ling will work for a CNN documentary that follows the award-winning, “Planet in Peril.”
“Ling will report from countries where battles are being waged over oil, land, water and food,” he writes.

Anderson Cooper and Dr. Sanjay Gupta will contribute to the documentary, set to air late this year.
