MSNBC’s Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough thanked viewers Monday for their support after Scarborough’s son, Andrew, fractured his skull in a fall down a flight of stairs late last week.
“He’s doing well,” Scarborough said this morning, “doing better, and we’re cautiously optimistic, but things are looking far better.”
Scarborough, who missed the show Friday morning to be at his son’s bedside at New York’s Bellevue Hospital, thanked the doctors and trauma team who stabilized his son, and said that the support he and his family have received in the form of emails, cards and prayers “have meant the world to our family.”
