Only on TVNewser: Here’s a must-see PDF for ratings junkies: The monthly ranker of cable news programs.

  · O’Reilly, H&C, the Fox Report, Special Report and On the Record are the top five shows, followed by CNN’s Larry King and another five FNC shows. Anderson Cooper 360 is the second highest-rated show on CNN, averaging 661,000 viewers last month, including 315,000 in the 25-54 demo.

  · CNN’s primetime special reports show up twice on the ranker: Turning The Tide at #15 and Defending America at #18.

  · On MSNBC, Hardball is the top-rated show, averaging 319,000 viewers. Imus is #2, with 355,000 viewers, even though HUT levels are way lower in the morning.

  · On FNC, Brit Hume is up 36% with 1,549,000 viewers (and up 12% in the 25-54 demo). At 10pm, Greta Van Susteren is up 16% over last year, while Aaron Brown is flat and Joe Scarborough is down 16%. And you know what’s happening with CNBC at 10pm. This week is Greta’s third anniversary at FNC…
