As FishbowlNY first reported last week, Whoopi Goldberg will be the new moderator on The View. The announcement was made this morning on the ABC chat-fest. Goldberg joined the panel toward the end of the show saying, “the thing I’m looking forward to the most are the Hot Topics.”
