CNBC has announced the name of its new early morning broadcast. “Worldwide Exchange” will air from 4 to 6 a.m. beginning Dec. 19, replacing “Wake Up Call.” CNBC is touting it as “the first live, worldwide daily business news program.”
According to this schedule announcement, “Squawk on the Street” will be formatted as its own hour from 9 to 10 a.m…
