An e-mailer wonders: “Why on Earth would NBC want to add a 4th hour of ‘Today?’ They already have a mixture of hard news (7 am) mix of hard news/lifestyle (8 am) and lifestyle/entertainment at 9, what the heck would they add to another hour? Do they really need a 4th hour? I almost think that it could damage them to add the 4th hour, not to mention another host in Billy Bush.”
