Here Are the TV Newsers Nominated for 2018 NABJ Salute to Excellence Awards

The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) announced today the finalists for their Salute to Excellence Awards.

NBC News and MSNBC earned a combined total of 13 nominations, eight of which were for NBC News, more than any other news organization.

The awards, presented by the National Association Black Journalists, honor outstanding coverage of African and/or African-American people or issues exclusively. Below is the list of TV news nominations and here you can find the full list of nominations. The gala celebration will take place during the NABJ’s 43rd Annual Convention and Career on August 4 in Detroit.
