FNC PRIME TALENT 100713 (1)Monday, Oct. 7, 1996, Fox News Channel went on the air.

Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, for the first time in 10 years, Fox News Channel shook up its primetime.

Since it launched, FNC has seen viewership growth of more than +4,600%. As for the new, expanded primetime, that’s been a success too. The network finished first among all cable channels in primetime viewership for Q3 2014.

Network chairman and CEO Roger Ailes made the changes last year in order to make room for Megyn Kelly in primetime, which led to Sean Hannity moving to 10pmET and Greta Van Susteren moving to 7pmET. Bill O’Reilly stayed put at 8pm. He’ll mark the anniversary on his show tonight.

Kelly will anchor tonight’s show from Laguna Nigel, CA, site of the Fortune “Most Powerful Women Summit.” She will look back at highlights of the first year of “The Kelly File.”

“When I first got this job,” she tells the OC Register, “I said to myself, ‘Wow, what am I doing here?’ I took a moment to revel in the moment and think this is a real milestone for me. And it wasn’t until I got doing it for a few months that I thought, ‘You know, I deserve to be here.'”
