Former HLN and Fox News host Glenn Beck, who now oversees the digital venture TheBlaze, holds considerable sway among conservative voters. And today he endorsed a fellow Texan as his pick for president.
I am officially endorsing Ted Cruz to become the first Hispanic president! @tedcruz #iacaucus

Beck endorsed Cruz at an event at Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa this afternoon. Not that Donald Trump was planning on a Beck endorsement, but he had a tweet lined up for him anyway… also a few for the National Review, Brent Bozell, his fellow GOP candidates and Megyn Kelly.
Failing @GlennBeck lost all credibility. Not only was he fired @ FOX, he would have voted for Clinton over McCain. https://t.co/dfCOkb7Ex8
