Entertainment video provider Media2Air has filed a lawsuit against Fox News regarding some footage of Brad Pitt on a motorcycle that the network aired during “The O’Reilly Factor” last October, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Media2air claims it had been licensing the footage and that FNC used it illegally. Fox News is claiming fair use.
