Fox News Channel has hired Taya Kyle, wife of the late Navy SEAL and American Sniper author Chris Kyle, as a contributor on military and family issues.
Kyle, whose own book, American Wife, was released in 2015, has been an activist for military families, and founded the Chris Kyle Frog Foundation, which empowers families and marriages of military service members and first responders.
In March, Kyle told Fox News her faith was her family’s foundation:

“It is the only thing when life falls apart that can find peace in reliably, consistently. I think the other thing they have learned is that life is unpredictable and it doesn’t mean that it is bad. I think they have learned that really horrible things happen and you survive.”
