FNC’s Solivan Moving To ROO

By Brian

On Monday TVNewser reported that FNC’s Bert Solivan was leaving the network. Now we know why:

“I have accepted a position at ROO,” Solivan wrote in a memo to staffers. “They are an online video network.”

He wrote: “While I am looking forward to the move to ROO, I will be leaving an important part of me here. I started at Fox News in May of 1996 and have seen this network grow from scratch. Likewise, I’ve seen Foxnews.com expand and grow into a profitable business. The future business site is very exciting and I’m confident it will be great.”

He’s becoming executive VP at ROO immediately after Memorial Day…
