Fox News Channel is premiering a new show, “The Line Up,” Saturday at 9 p.m. “The one-hour crime-based program will cover major breaking news with an emphasis on legal affairs and issues of the day,” the network says. It will air every weekend evening, bumping “Big Story Weekend Edition,” which will move to 10 p.m., replacing “At Large.”
