The NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams topped the evening news ratings last week. The program expanded its lead week-to-week over second place ABC World News in both Total Viewers and A25-54 demo.
NBC saw an increase in Total Viewers week-to-week, while all networks grew in the demo.
ABC’s average is based on a three-day week (Tuesday and Thursday excluded because of low coverage due to NBA Finals) and NBC’s average is based on a four-day week (Thursday excluded because of low coverage due to the U.S. Open).
