ABC’s World News Tonight with David Muir was the most-watched evening newscast last week, and the only one to see growth.
NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt continued to lead among younger viewers with a +6 percent lead on World News Tonight. This week last year, NBC held a +17 percent demo lead on ABC.
Compared to the same week last year ABC was up +6 percent in viewers and up +1 percent in the demo; Nightly News was down -1 percent and down -9 percent, respectively. The CBS Evening News with Jeff Glor was down -12 percent in viewers and down -24 percent in the demo compared to the same week last year.
