In a discussion of equal pay on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump said he’d pay Mika Brzezinski “much more” than co-host Joe Scarborough.
“I would absolutely pay you more,” he told Brzezinski. “Joe, I would pay Mika so much more your head would spin.”
Last year, Brzezinski said on-air that she only learned she was making less than Scarborough when he told her his salary, and then supported her in a fight with bosses to get equal pay.

Brzezinski has written two books on the topic, and earlier this year lauched a nationwide tour, Know Your Value, aimed at addressing inequality in business–and helping women know their value–and get there.
