During her daily appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, CNBC’s Erin Burnett was talking about the 5th anniversary of the current bull market when she asked “you know what anniversary you give wood on?” Here’s the exchange it elicited between Joe Scarborough, Willie Geist and Mika Brzezinski.
Brzezinski: Um — Wow. I think we should just let you answer that, Erin.
Burnett: Look at Willie’s face. Willie, I know you what you’re thinking. Fifth anniversary.
Geist: I’m thinking how do I get out of here? Where’s the nearest exit?
Burnett: Today is the fifth anniversary of this bull market.
Scarborough: Willie is giving you a little wood. Is that what you said?
Burnett: Joe, Joe, this is not skinamax. This is Morning Joe.
Scarborough: By the way, that banner, my mother watches this show, for God’s sake.
