Did You Hear GMA This Morning?

An e-mailer asks: “Did you hear the control room on GMA this morning?” At 7:13am, “the control room at Times Square had the control room on air instead of” an interview with Hillary Clinton. The audio of Clinton went quiet and the producers were heard talking and typing.

“What’s going on?,” a woman asked; a moment later, another producer more insistently asks, “What is going on?”

“I think we’ve lost audio here,” Cynthia McFadden said, and the control room feed could still be heard.

The sound cut out again during “a piece on infected fish in the Potomac,” a second e-mailer adds. “I’ve got to believe that someone will lose their job today…”
