Dan Patrick: From Bristol To Beijing?

The New York Post says ESPN’s Dan Patrick, whose last day on the net is August 17, may be headed to NBC. He won’t be allowed “to be on the air during the NFL season, but he says he’d like to cover the 2008 Olympics for NBC.” Patrick met with NBC Sports and Olympics chairman Dick Ebersol. Patrick says, “I told Dick I’ve always wanted to cover the Olympics. He said, ‘Do you want to go to Beijing?’ I said, ‘Wow, that was easy.'”
