CNN Preps Special Anthony Bourdain Coverage

CNN producers are putting together a special hour on the life of Anthony Bourdain who died this morning in Strasbourg, France where his Parts Unknown was filming for its 11th season.

Remembering Anthony Bourdain airs tonight at 10 p.m. ET. Tomorrow night, CNN is airing back-to-back episodes of Parts Unknown, what it calls “Anthony’s favorite episodes.” On Sunday, the network will air its previously-scheduled episode with Bourdain traveling to Berlin, airing at 9 p.m. Anderson Cooper will deliver a special introduction.

The Peabody and Emmy-winning Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown is in its 10th season on CNN. Bourdain brought his travel/food storytelling to the news network in 2013. Before that, Bourdain had hosted No Reservations on the Travel Channel since 2005.

The network will air a 12-hour marathon of No Reservations Sunday starting at 7 a.m. ET/PT.
