When the news broke that the California Supreme Court struck down state laws against same-sex marriage, CNN was on top of the story. Unfortunately, for several minutes after the story broke, they got it wrong. Legal Pad writes, “I guess that’s what happens when you only read the first few pages of a ginormous ruling.”
