Chris Lawrence Leaving CNN

CNN Pentagon correspondent Chris Lawrence is leaving the network to join WRC, the NBC owned station in Washington, D.C.

In his 10 years at CNN, Lawrence has also worked in the network’s Los Angeles and Chicago bureaus. At WRC, he will anchor the 6 and 11 p.m. weekend newscasts and contribute to other newscasts during the week.
