During this morning’s conference call, I asked Jon Klein if he knew Kiran Chetry would become a co-host of American Morning when he hired her six weeks ago.
He said no, but that it quickly became obvious after she started filling in on AM that she should have a permanent anchor job.
The Hollywood Reporter sums up her network-jumping adventure this way: “A month after joining CNN after being spurned by Fox News in her quest to co-anchor that network’s morning show, Kiran Chetry has been named co-anchor with John Roberts of American Morning…”
