On Monday, FNC’s Neil Cavuto had Chaunce Hayden on Your World to talk about Howard Stern and the reports that high-level executives of Sirius Satellite Radio are developing internal standards-and-practices that will set boundaries for Stern, and others.
On Tuesday, Stern wasn’t happy. On his radio show, he took Cavuto to task for booking Hayden and talking about what he perceived as a non-issue. Stern wanted to get Cavuto on the air, so Fox made it happen. By 9:30am, Cavuto was on Sirius, debating and interviewing Stern.
Cavuto used excerpts from the radio conversation on his afternoon broadcast, and his Common Sense essay is titled “In Defense of Howard Stern…”
