Cable Ranker: Week of November 15

With the 2010 midterm elections in the rear-view mirror, the cable news channels have slowly returned to their more typical places in the cable hierarchy.

Fox News Channel was the number four channel in primetime for all of cable the week of November 15-21 averaging just over two million total viewers. That placed the network behind only juggernauts ESPN and USA, as well as TBS. MSNBC was ranked 28th in primetime averaging 767,000 total viewers, while CNN was ranked 32nd with 546,000.

In total day, FNC placed seventh averaging 1.15 million total viewers, with MSNBC placing 30th with 397,000 and CNN placing 32nd with 377,000.
