NBC’s Brian Williams will anchor “Nightly News” from Pittsburgh, PA next week during the G-20 summit. WH correspondents Chuck Todd and Savannah Guthrie will also be out in the Iron City providing reports for “Today” as well as “Nightly News.”
There could be plenty to report on next week. Subjects covered at the conference will include economic stimulus, banker pay, and climate issues, and extensive protest plans have already caused some business to decide to close down during the summit.
We posted the early coverage plans for the business networks, but for now, NBC appears to be the only broadcast network with firm plans to anchor from the summit location.
