Stand Up for Heroes, a fundraiser for the Bob Woodruff Family Fund, was held last night in Manhattan. Coordinated with the New York Comedy Festival, organizers say the event raised around $2.5 million for injured U.S. service members.

Headliners included Conan O’Brien, Robin Williams, and Lewis Black. Bruce Springsteen sang Thunder Road. In attendance, celebs including Stephen Colbert and James Gandolfini.

“This is not a political cause,” Woodruff said last night. “Left, right, center, however you feel about this war, this is all about how we treat the wounded right here when they return.”
