Bloomberg’s With All Due Respect Will Broadcast Live From Clinton Headquarters

By Mark Joyella

Bloomberg TV’s With All Due Respect is taking the show to Brooklyn tonight, doing the entire broadcast from inside Hillary Clinton‘s campaign headquarters.

“We have been looking for a chance to do something both original and fun with the Clinton campaign and this fits the bill,” co-host Mark Halperin told TVNewser. “As best I can tell, no one has ever anchored a live show from a presidential campaign headquarters before (or, at least, not one in Brooklyn USA).”

Halperin hopes viewers tonight will get a sense of what the Clinton campaign is really like beyond the photo ops and rallies. “We’re always wanting to get a behind-the-scenes look, and a political headquarters reflects the culture, spirit, and ethos of any campaign. You can’t get any closer than we will tonight,” he said.

For Halperin himself, it will be a sort of full-circle moment. “The first presidential campaign headquarters I was ever in was Bill Clinton‘s 1992 operation, located in an old newspaper building in downtown Little Rock. Ever since then, I’ve been fascinated by seeing where the plans to capture the White House are hatched and executed.”

With All Due Respect airs at 5 p.m. ET on Bloomberg TV.
