Bloomberg Seeks Newshound for Toronto Bureau Chief Gig

Bloomberg News is expanding its coverage of Toronto, Canada, and seeking a bureau chief to take the reins. This is a full-time gig, and candidates must live in the Toronto area or be willing to relocate.

If you land the position, you’ll work closely with the managing editor for Canada, and lead a team of reporters and editors. You’ll cover the finance industry and stock and credit markets, as well as company news. Do you thrive under pressure? Good. That will come in handy as you work to produce real-time news.

To be considered, you should have at least five years of business journalism experience. Supervisory experience is a big plus, but sound news judgment and top-notch reporting and writing skills are paramount.
