Tonight at 9 PM, Bloomberg TV will debut the new season of “Intelligence Squared.” The program is similar to other cable news shows in that it has pundits and politicos talking about issues of the day. The rub is that it has them debating in the Oxford-style. The topic for the premiere is terrorists, should they be treated ad enemy combatants or criminals? The panelists will include former CIA chief Michael Hayden and former George W. Bush speechwriter Marc Thiessen debating law professor David Frakt and former defense counsel for Timothy McVeigh Stephen Jones. A video preview is after the jump.
