Sen. Bernie Sanders made the rounds Friday morning, doing on-set interviews with CNN’s New Day, MSNBC’s Morning Joe, and CBS This Morning.

On MSNBC, Sanders was asked directly if he would vote for his opponent, Hillary Clinton, in November. “Yes. Yeah, I think the issue right here is, I’m going to do everything I can to defeat Donald Trump,” Sanders said. “I think Trump in so many ways will be a disaster for this country, if he were to be elected president.”

In an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo, Sanders said he doubted his supporters would take Trump’s invitation to cross over and vote against Clinton. “(Trump) does not understand the people who have supported me … they are not going to vote for a bigot.”
