Bed Bug Fears at News Corp. HQ

By Molly Stark Dean

Earlier today, the Wall Street Journal reported on story close to home, and one that has become all too common in New York: bed bugs.

This time, and for the second time, the scare is at the News Corp. building on 6th Avenue.

According to this morning‘s WSJ article, a Barron’s employee on the fourth floor reported having bed bugs at home. So the company called in a bed bug-sniffing dog, steam cleaned the area and out of an abundance of caution, Fox Business employees on both the third and fourth floors were made aware. FBN has a control room on the fourth floor.

In 2007, the basement newsroom of Fox News Channel had its own bed bug scare.
