On The Record with Greta Van Susteren will feature an interview with former president George H. W. Bush from the Gulf Coast tonight. He talks about rebuilding the Gulf Coast, the media’s treatment of Harriet Miers, and life as an ex-president.
Greta asked Bush if he watches the news. “I don’t watch too much,” he said. “Barbara doesn’t watch it at all. She gets so damn angry, but, you know, everybody’s got a job to do. But I’m incensed with some of the things that are written, but on the other hand, I know that goes with the territory. Everybody’s got to have their moment in the sun by making the fiercest criticisms.”
