Avery Jessup(s) On the ‘Fox and Friends’ Couch

We have written before how the “30 Rock” character Avery Jessup (played by actress Elizabeth Banks) may be based on Fox Business (and former CNBC) correspondent Melissa Francis. Well, the two worlds collided recently, with both Banks and Francis spending time on the “Fox & Friends” couch (albeit on different days).

Francis was on to talk about jobless claims, while Banks was on to promote her new movie “People Like Us.”
