A TVNewser tipster tells us Larry King is going to be returning at Midnight ET tonight for a live segment updating his 9pmET show. He’ll report on the first votes in New Hampshire. CNN’s Election Express is parked in Dixville Notch right now. As in primaries-past (since at least 1960), the towns’ residents are the first to vote. The polls open at Midnight. The total number of votes for both the Democratic and Republican primaries has hovered around 30 since 1980.
