“For the first time international, national, and local news reports are combined in one place and available live or on demand,” ABC’s long press release says today. “ABC News will encode and bundle on demand content from the 10 Owned Stations, and, beginning in July, the 10 Owned Stations will provide local news resources for ABC News Now.” In the P.R., ABC Affiliate Board of Governors Deb McDermott says: “The ABC Affiliates look forward to partnering with the network to create a unique news service.”
