Less than 24 hours after cutting 40 more staffers, The Weather Channel will be hosting a “Winter Prep Rally” tomorrow to get viewers ready for the upcoming season. TWC will be using #PrepRally to promote the initiative while staffers, including senior producers, pack up their belongings.
Spanning all of the network’s programming, segments include Sam Champion reporting from Colorado, and tips from survival expert Creek Stewart, and winter weather expert Tom Niziol.
