It’s not everyday that TVNewser covers the South African Broadcasting Corporation. But, hey, it’s not everyday that a TV news correspondent is mugged on camera.
That’s exactly what happened to Vuyo Mvoko seconds before he was supposed to go on air to report on the condition of Zambian president Edgar Lungu. The thieves were reportedly armed and wanted Mvoko’s cell phone. They ended up with two cell phones and a laptop computer from Mvoko and his crew. Check out the video:
