The three morning shows were flat, or slightly down in viewership last week vs. the same week last year and only ABC’s “Good Morning America” showed growth in the A25-54 demo, up +4%.
NBC’s “Today” show, which trailed “GMA” by more than 800,000 total viewers, was down -5% in the demo. In another younger demo, the A18-49 rating, “Today” has been No. 1 for 44 weeks.
“CBS This Morning” was flat in viewers year-over-year, but is up double-digits in viewers (+12%), season-to-date. That’s the most percentage growth of the three morning shows. “CTM” is down -11% in the A25-54 demo, year-over-year.
