Later this morning on “Reliable Sources” Brian Stelter interviews Chris Ruddy, the co-founder of Newsmax who will launch a new cable news network in June, NewsmaxTV. Ruddy is gunning for Fox News Channel’s audience, and tells Stelter how he plans to do it. “The boomer market which we’re focusing on has 80 million Americans.
