“Good Morning America” wins with another big week in the mornings. “GMA” had a nearly 1 million viewer lead on No. 2 “Today” last week. The deep freeze across much of the country kept viewers inside and TVs turned on to the network morning shows.
On Monday 6.481 million tuned in to “GMA” — the most-watched morning show in nearly a year. Monday’s show also marked a 4-year high for “GMA” in the A25-54 demo. “GMA” was up the most year-over-year: up +21% in viewers and up +23% in the demo. NBC’s “Today” was up +12% in viewers and up +10% in the demo. “CBS This Morning” was up +19% in viewers and up +6% in the demo.
