It was another split decision for the Sunday political affairs shows on October 28. For the second week in a row, CBS’ “Face the Nation” won in Total Viewers and NBC’s “Meet the Press” won in the A25-54 demographic.
With just under 3.8 million viewers, “Face the Nation” posted its best Total Viewer performance since January 2005.
All the shows are up compared to the same week last year. “Fox News Sunday” is up the most in Total Viewers (+27%) and ABC’s “This Week” is up the most in A25-54 viewers (+42%).
Cable replays of “Fox News Sunday” averaged a combined 4,067,000 Total Viewers and 973,000 A25-54 viewers.
“Face the Nation” is based on the first half-hour only, as the full contiguous hour airs in just 47% of the country.
